Jotform

Fastfixx mobility have also introduced an innovative app called Jotform which when a repair is identified within a clients home, the technician can press a button on the app which sends a repair request direct to equipu, negating the need to phone, email or communicate in a more time consuming and less effective manner.

We pride ourselves on our ability to ensure communication is key, and provide weekly updates on all activity to equipu, which includes the reporting of minor parts that have been fitted. Our technicians have also been briefed on the importance of communication, hence we regularly update Equipu direct from the clients home if there is any issues of concern, such as equipment needing replaced and clients situation is urgent and requires immediate attention.

Our technicians are also placed geographically within the Equipu footprint to ensure a quick and responsive service is always achievable which also allows our technicians to familiarise themselves with the area as well as gaining a knowledge and understanding of the client’s who they are visiting, which on many occasions can be annually over a number of years, building further trust and confidence with the end user on the services that are being provided.
